Clubs

You can add any number of clubs to your MixItOne account. A club is a group of players, sessions and events.

Inviting a new club administrator​

Click on the "Invite" button to invite an administrator to your club. You will need to enter their email address.

Choose the permissions you want to give the new administrator. They will only see the clubs you give them permission to.

Permissions​

There are 4 permissions you can choose for each club:

  • View: The administrator can view the club and its players, sessions and events.
  • Admin: The administrator can edit the club details and set permissions.
  • Manage players: The administrator can add and remove players.
  • Manage sessions: The administrator can start and run sessions.

Archiving a club​

If you no longer need a club, you can archive it. This will hide it from the list of clubs. You can unachive the club to restore access. To archive, click into a club, click "Edit" and then "Archive".
