Running a session
To get started with a session, click on the Start Session button on your club page.
No internet connection? Download the MixItOne app for offline sessions. Make sure to connect to the internet to sync your session data later in the week!
Session options
You can set the following options for your session:
- Courts: Select the number of courts available for the session.
- Player fee: The registration fee for the session.
- Warm up time: The warm-up time in minutes before the session starts.
- Timer: The duration of each game.
Registration
Players must be registered to participate in the session. You can register existing and new players from the player search. If you can search by name, email, or phone number.

Players can also register themselves by scanning an NFC sticker. For more information, see NFC registration.
Player list
Use the player list to quickly check in players. You can also import a bulk list of players to register into the session.
The player list is also a handy place to manage the player groups.
Player groups
Players can be grouped. This is useful for managing player levels. The default groups are Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, but you can create your own groups.

Games
The games tab shows the set of games to be played. Use the auto-fill button to assign players to courts, or drag them from the "Sitting out" list.
You can clear the games and start again, and manually assign players to courts.
Find a player combination you like? Each court can be locked to keep the current selection, allowing you to clear and re-fill the other courts.

As each set of games finishes, you can optionally mark the winners of each game. This updates the player ratings for the club.
